Isaiah 59:19 (NKJ) When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of Lord the will raise up a standard against him.
Have you ever felt like all hell has broke loose against you? Have you been overwhelmed by things going wrong all at once? All of sudden you have financial woes, family issues, job problems, health issues, feeling rejected, things breaking down. Does it make you want to give up? When these things happen we tend to put our eyes on our problems, we focus on what is going wrong. We take our eyes of the Lord.
When we are focusing on our problems we get overwhelmed. When these things happen we need to refocus on Jesus. Our enemy will sometimes come against us like a flood, one thing after another, bang, bang, bang. He wants us to take our eyes off Jesus and keep them on the problems. But when we focus on Jesus and the greatness of God and the power of the Holy Spirit in us we can then know that the Spirit of God will raise up a standard against the enemy. That standard is salvation, deliverance, health, healing, provision, strength, wisdom, counsel, joy that passes understanding. When the enemy attacks us our Heavenly Father has got us and He will fight for us, with us and through us. Refocus on Jesus
