Who do you identify with?

Who do you identify with?

Ephesians 1:23 (NKJ) And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all and in all. God put all things under Jesus’ feet. Nothing is over or equal to Jesus; no demons, no principalities, no government, no thing on earth, no thing in heaven and no thing under the earth, everything and everyone is under His feet. “So what?”, you may say, “What does that have to do with me?” Let me tell you, it has everything to do with you if you are a true born-again Christian. Read it again. All things are under His feet. He is head of all things. The church is His body. We are the church. If you are a Christian, you are part of Christ’s body, therefore, all things are under you. Even if you are the little toe, all things are under you.

We don’t always live like all things are under our feet. Why? Because we don’t identify ourselves with Christ. We often see ourselves separate from Christ. We need an understanding, a revelation in our spirits, that we are one with Christ, that we are His body. When we get that understanding in our spirits we will start to become more victorious in our daily lives. Why? Because we will identify with Christ. If all things are under His feet and we are His body, all things are under our feet.

I pray that you get this understanding. If you do, you will walk in confidence and power and in victory. Not because of who you are, but who you are in Christ.
