Compassion is love in action. You can see several instances where Jesus had compassion. Compassion is before judgment. Jesus had compassion for the woman caught in adultery rather than judging her. Do you do that? When you see someone steeped in sin does your heart of love go out to them? Do you first think of how you can help them or do you shrink back in judgment? Remember where you came from. You were so steeped in sin all you deserved was judgment. Yet people had compassion for you. They saw you as a person who needed mercy and grace. Have this same mind in you. Reach out to the wretched among you. Your compassion may be the very thing I use to bring them to repentance. Do not be concerned about how they will or will not receive the truth. You be obedient. You ask Me who and how then be quick to obey. Time is running out in this age and I need laborers who are bold enough to be obedient.
