Hebrews 10:23 (NAS) ” Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised if faithful.”
Sometimes we try to hold on to our beliefs by our own strength and determination. I do agree our determination and strength are important and we certainly have to make an effort. But I think sometimes we miss it because we put our faith in ourselves when we should be putting our faith in “Him who is faithful.” Never give up on what God has spoken to you or showed you. If He spoke it, He will bring it to pass. Our job is to keep on believing, keep on hoping and keep our faith in Him.
What has God shown or spoken to you that you have yet to see come to pass? You waited, you hoped, you tried not to be discouraged, but it still has not happened. Don’t give up. Keep in mind that He, God, is faithful. If He said it, it will come to pass. However, His time not ours. It is God’s job to bring it to pass, it is our job to hang in there. Don’t give up. He is faithful to you!!!
